Staying Safe At ZERO Covid-19 and your stay with us
We’re always keen to make sure you have the best and safest time with us at Zero Barcelona & Jacobs Inn Dublin. So, to set your mind at ease a little, we’ve put together some extra measures to ensure you’re safe and secure during your stay with us, including:
Fun (and safe) face masks
Screens in public areas
(Jacobs Inn only)
Hourly sanitisation of touchpoints
Sanitising points throughout the hostel
Please check with the local government for Spain or Ireland on whether you will be required to self-isolate for 14 days by the time you plan to arrive at one of our hostels. If you do not check this and are required to self-isolate, Zero Hostels cannot guarantee that other hostels will accept your reservation if you are required to isolate.
If you can no longer come to one of our hostels due to governmental travel restrictions and you have a booking with us, please contact us and we can help you move dates or arrange your stay credit* (valid for up to a year!)
In the meantime, our team is beavering away getting our pods ready for re-opening safely within government guidelines, and we’re so excited to see you once we’re able to re-open!
